About Nichole Dennis

Nichole Dennis has been practicing real estate since 2014 and has worked hard to help numerous buyers, sellers and investors in customizing plans to obtain their personal and financial goals in the ever changing and demanding real estate market. Whether the goal is to generate short or long term income via an income property, fix and flip acquisition and sales, maximize profit from the sale of a home, or assist in finding a dream home for her clients to raise their family, Nichole will work hard to make those goals a reality.

Nichole is a Colorado native and has lived in the beautiful city of Colorado Springs since 1998 where she has had the pleasure to not only graduate from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs where she obtained a Bachelors of Science Degree with a dual-major focus in Finance and Marketing, but also raise her own family. As a mother of 3 young children, Nichole knows the importance of working hard. Nichole enjoys classical music, yoga, swimming and escaping on mini Colorado getaways when ever the opportunity arises.
